Our Philosophy 

Navigating the vast market of mass-produced fashion can be difficult, particularly when searching for ethically and sustainably made clothing that is both stylish and well-designed. Tired of the struggle to find sustainable streetwear, we joined forces to create a solution. Drawing inspiration from the streets and culture of Los Angeles, we founded Blue Ki and pledged to never settle for mediocrity or sacrifice quality. We stand by this commitment in every aspect of our brand.

WE DIDN’T WANT TO BE JUST ANOTHER STREETWEAR BRAND

We only use the finest quality 100% organic cotton from GOTS-certified local manufacturers. Our entire operation, from yarn to finish, is done in Los Angles. To ensure complete satisfaction for our customers, we pre-wash all fabrics to prevent shrinkage, and subject them to non-toxic natural dyeing and enzyme treatment for superior quality and aesthetic appeal. Our brand is dedicated to fostering a positive impact by collaborating with respected manufacturers and pattern makers in LA, creating well-paying jobs and supporting our local economy.

Cotton VS Organic cotton

We didn’t want to be just another streetwear brand. Conventional cotton production consumes excessive amounts of water, generates high carbon emissions, and utilizes harmful pesticides and chemicals that harm people and the environment. In contrast, organic cotton is sustainably grown without the use of any pesticides, herbicides, or insecticides, and requires significantly less water. At our company, we prioritize eco-friendly practices and only source the highest-quality organic cotton from GOTS-certified local suppliers for all of our production.

WHO WE ARE

We, the co-founders Leo and Emma, lead the company with our passion for street fashion and environmental sustainability. Emma brings over a decade of expertise in the fashion industry, while Leo's 15 years of experience in visual arts and design bring authenticity to his creations. Together, we strive to make a positive impact on the fashion industry and the planet.

NAME BLUE KI

The color blue symbolizes the vast expanse of the sky and the depths of the sea, evoking feelings of freedom and inspiration. Similarly, in ancient cultures, Ki is revered as the life force that surrounds us, the aura that surrounds us, and a goddess who protect the earth.
